SHAREHOLDER BENEFITS

Télé-Thyon SA, a leading company in its market, would like to thank its loyal shareholders, without whom nothing would be possible.

To show our gratitude, we are pleased to be able to provide our shareholders with certain benefits. The owner of the shares is entitled to the benefits of share ownership, as well as specially designated family members (ascendants or descendants).

Only physical persons can benefit from these advantages. If the shareholder is a legal entity, the members of the company, regardless of their status, are not entitled to any tariff advantages linked to the ownership of Télé-Thyon SA shares.

USE OF THE POINTS

Eligible persons must present the letter 'Bonus 2022 points for shareholders' and a valid form of identification at the Télé-Thyon SA ticket office. When purchasing a ticket, a maximum of 30% of the subscription price can be paid by deduction of points (1 point = 1 franc).

The letter 'Bonus 2022 shareholder benefit points' is raised and reduced by the points used. It then contains the number of points still available after deduction.

It is specified that unused points from the 2021/2022 season cannot be carried over to the 2022/2023 season, as the rules allowed by the tax authorities specify that these points will have to be cancelled.
